INDIA APRIL DOMESTIC STEEL CONSUMPTION INCREASED BY 7%

Affected by the rise in demand for construction and automotive terminal users, in April 2015, India's domestic steel consumption increased to 5 million 500 thousand tons, an increase of 7.1%.
Data sources are the joint steel mills Commission, the steel department under the agency, the data show that in April the consumption of non alloy steel rose 5% to 4 million 800 thousand tons, alloy steel consumption increased by 25.2% to 670 thousand tons.
